If you believe that any information on the ESD website is incorrect in any way please advise us at info@eurodevices.com.au and we will investigate your concerns and correct any discrepancy.
Delivery Terms
We will dispatch goods after confirmation of payment within 2 working days if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will advise you via email or telephone of the anticipated delivery delay within 2 working days of confirmation of payment. If the product is not able to be supplied, we will refund your payment in full or supply a similar product in consultation with you.
Return of Goods
We make every effort to guarantee that goods dispatched from our shop are in good condition. If the goods that you receive are faulty, we will make every effort to replace or repair the product at our discretion.
